By purchasing or using AES Automated Email Sender ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms.

1. License

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices allowed by your plan (Basic: 1 device, Pro: 3 devices). The license key is locked to the first device it is activated on.

2. Your Responsibility for Email Content & Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for the content of emails you send and for ensuring recipients' consent.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws including Malaysia's PDPA.
  • The Software is a sending tool only. We do not review or control emails sent through it.
  • Using the Software to send spam, phishing, or unlawful content is strictly prohibited and may result in license revocation without refund.

3. Email Account, Credentials & Risk of Account Flagging

Credentials you provide are encrypted and stored locally on your device only. We never receive, transmit, or store your email password.

You acknowledge and accept the following risks when using the Software to send bulk email:

  • Sending large volumes of email through a personal or business Gmail account may trigger Google's automated spam detection, which can result in your account being temporarily restricted, flagged, or in repeated cases, suspended by Google.
  • This risk exists even when using the Software's built-in send intervals and rate limiting. The default settings are designed to reduce this risk but do not eliminate it. No bulk email tool can guarantee your account will never be flagged.
  • Emails are delivered through your own email account and your provider's servers. We have no control over your email provider's policies or enforcement actions.
  • We are not responsible for any suspension, restriction, loss of access, or permanent loss of your email account arising from your use of the Software, regardless of the send volume or settings used.
💡 Important: We strongly recommend using a dedicated substitute Gmail account for bulk sending, not your main personal or business email. Set it up just for this purpose. If that account gets flagged or restricted by Google, your main account stays safe. This is the single most effective step you can take to protect yourself. You can set up a free Gmail account at gmail.com.

4. Sending Limits

Your email provider sets its own daily sending limits. We are not responsible for account suspensions imposed by your provider.

5. Payments & Refunds

As this is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the license key has been activated, except where required by law.

6. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke a license without refund if used in violation of these Terms.

7. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Software.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
